Privacy notice

How your information is handled.

This notice explains what personal information Sargra Remote PC Support collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 8 August 2026

Who is responsible for your information?

Sargra Remote PC Support is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to SargraFixes@gmail.com.

What information is collected?

Information is collected when you complete a request form, contact the service directly, book an appointment, make a payment or take part in a support session. Depending on the service, this may include:

  • Your preferred name, email address, Discord username and contact preference.
  • Details about your computer, operating system, software, streaming or Discord setup.
  • Your problem description, support goals, PC-build budget, region and parts information.
  • Appointment, communication, payment-confirmation and service records.
  • Basic technical and anti-spam information processed by the website host, Web3Forms or hCaptcha, such as network, browser and security-check data.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in a request form.

Why is the information used?

Your information is used to assess and respond to requests, provide quotes, arrange appointments, deliver support, take payment, keep service records, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.

For UK data-protection purposes, the main lawful bases are taking steps at your request before providing a service, performing the agreed service, complying with legal obligations and the legitimate interest in operating and protecting a small support business. Your details are not sold and are not added to a marketing list.

Who processes or receives the information?

Request forms are processed by Web3Forms and delivered by email. hCaptcha is used to reduce automated spam. If your request proceeds, relevant information may also be handled through Google Calendar, PayPal and the communication or remote-support service agreed for the session, such as Discord, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect people, systems or legal rights.

International processing

Some service providers operate in the United States or other countries, so information may be processed outside your country. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant provider’s approved transfer arrangements are relied upon.

How long is information kept?

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. The period depends on whether a request becomes a paid service, whether follow-up support is expected, and whether records must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims or other legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the reason your information is used, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information.

You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request, email SargraFixes@gmail.com. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.

UK residents can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. US residents may contact the relevant state privacy or consumer-protection authority.

Cookies and security

The site does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. hCaptcha and other third-party services may use cookies or similar technology that is necessary for security or for the service you choose to use.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information, but no website, email or remote connection can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version and revision date will be published on this page.
