Quick Fix - £30
Time: Up to 30 minutes.
Included: Diagnosis and an attempted resolution for one clearly defined Windows PC issue with a likely straightforward solution. Typical examples include one software installation problem, a simple setting change, a minor driver issue or help with one specific task.
Limit: It does not cover multiple unrelated problems, extensive malware investigation, data recovery or work that clearly requires deeper diagnosis. If the issue needs more time, work pauses and an upgrade is offered before continuing.
Standard Support - £45
Time: Up to 60 minutes.
Included: Diagnosis, configuration and testing for one main Windows PC problem and any directly related symptoms. This can include routine software errors, Windows or driver problems, device setup, connectivity troubleshooting, performance checks or a guided setup task.
Limit: Unrelated faults, major recovery work or a problem requiring extended investigation may need a separate booking or the Complex Support tier.
Complex Support - £60
Time: Up to 90 minutes.
Included: Deeper diagnosis and testing for one complex or multi-part Windows PC problem, or several closely related symptoms affecting the same system. It may include staged troubleshooting, multiple software components, performance analysis or post-build software and driver investigation.
Limit: It is still a remote session and does not include physical repair, specialist data recovery, formal security investigation or unlimited work. Further work is quoted separately.
Streamer and Discord consultation - £40 per hour
Included: Review, planning and recommendations for streaming software, audio, scenes, plugins, peripherals, workflow, Discord structure, bots, roles, permissions or community setup.
Deliverable: Clear recommendations and practical next steps based on the information and setup shown during the consultation.
Limit: This tier is advisory. It does not include a full hands-on configuration, graphic or brand design, content production, ongoing moderation or third-party purchases.
Streamer and Discord guided setup - £60 per hour
Included: Live remote configuration and testing of agreed streaming or Discord components. This can include OBS or similar software, scenes, sources, audio routing, plugins, alerts, peripherals, server structure, bots, roles and permissions.
Limit: The customer keeps control of all accounts, purchases, platform decisions and community policies. Platform approval, audience growth, revenue or uninterrupted third-party service cannot be guaranteed.
Parts-list review - £25 fixed
Included: Review of one existing PC parts list for compatibility, balance, power requirements, cooling, case fit and obvious weak links. Written recommendations identify practical changes where needed.
Revision: One revision or clarification based on the same budget and intended use is included when requested within seven calendar days.
Limit: This is a review, not a complete new build specification. A substantially different budget, use case or replacement list requires a Custom Build Plan.
Custom build plan - £45 fixed
Included: One complete PC parts list based on one agreed budget, customer location, intended use and priorities. It includes compatibility checks and a brief explanation of the main component choices.
Revision: One revision to the supplied plan is included when requested within seven calendar days, provided the original budget and intended use have not materially changed.
Limit: Multiple complete alternatives, detailed upgrade-path comparisons and major changes of direction are outside this tier.
Extended build plan - £60 fixed
Included: One complete PC specification with compatibility checks, alternative component options where meaningful, upgrade-path advice and a more detailed explanation of performance and budget trade-offs.
Revision: One revision to the supplied plan is included when requested within seven calendar days, provided the original budget and intended use have not materially changed.
Limit: The service does not include ongoing price monitoring, purchasing components or guaranteeing future stock, pricing or third-party benchmark results.
Guided PC build or post-build setup - £50 per hour
Included: Live remote guidance while the customer assembles the computer, identifies connectors and component positions, or works through BIOS, Windows, drivers and initial checks.
Limit: The customer is physically responsible for handling and assembling all hardware. Sargra does not physically inspect, assemble or repair components and cannot verify damage that is not visible remotely.
Seven-day follow-up
Every paid live support session includes one brief follow-up about the same issue when requested within seven calendar days. This can cover a clarification, a quick status check or a short answer about the work already completed.
The follow-up does not include a new remote session, a new or unrelated fault, additional configuration or further investigation. If more work is needed, the price is agreed before continuing.
General exclusions
- Physical hardware repair or assembly performed by Sargra.
- Specialist data recovery, serious malware incidents, hacked accounts, financial fraud or formal cybersecurity investigation.
- Business servers, enterprise networks or managed business infrastructure.
- Password recovery that bypasses ownership or security controls, licence circumvention or unlawful activity.
- Purchasing products or accepting third-party terms on the customer’s behalf.
Remote support cannot guarantee that every fault can be resolved. The agreed price covers the stated professional time, assessment and work within scope. Additional-time charges are explained in the Pricing Policy, and cancellation arrangements are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
